The series of the flyig witches was inspired by the anime Fly Witch and how they use the magic of the broom to fly. With that I took it a step farther on how each witch fly's differenty from each other. Maybe depending on where they originate from or what their culture is. Do they travel with their familiar or not? These are some of the questions I ask myself when I started to sketch a witch out.
The Patchwork Witch is no different. Another witch taking a nap on her broom as she flys through the night. She's from a big old family that believes in handing down rodes and hats that over the years get patched by each witch who wears them. Adding a conection to the witches of the present to the witches of the past genberations. 
Prints are embellished with white, and black ink.
